Tiffany W. Kesslar, Esq., is a Partner at The Bruman Group and a nationally recognized leader in federal education law, grants management, and regulatory compliance. For nearly two decades, she has advised state educational agencies, local educational agencies, U.S. territories, and other recipients of federal funding on the complex requirements governing federal grants and education programs. Her practice focuses on compliance with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the Uniform Grants Guidance/Regulations, the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR), and other federal administrative requirements.
