Education Program Compliance
We respond to questions regarding federal education programmatic requirements including, but not limited to, eligibility, allowable uses of funds, allocations, supplement not supplant and maintenance of effort, timely spending and carryover, match, and more.

Training
Trainings for clients on federal grants management and education programs are designed to help organizations understand and apply complex federal regulations, improve internal controls, and develop staff proficiency in managing grant funds effectively. We provide both in-person and virtual training options.

Legislative Services
Our legislative team stays up-to-date on all pending reauthorizations, bills, executive orders, guidance documents and any other congressional, legislative or executive actions that may impact our clients. We provide a weekly Federal Update for clients to stay informed.

Litigation & Administrative Appeals
Our Firm provides assistance in administrative appeals of program review determinations, withholding of federal funds, and other adverse administrative actions, like State maintenance of effort/maintenance of financial support (MFS) findings under IDEA.
